Does this look good or does this look good?? :D
I cooked this on Sunday with my mama's help. She helped me to cut up the chicken hehe. I was too "chicken" to do that!
The chicken was so succulent! The rice was good too but i think there's still room for improvement! I must cook this again!
Here's the recipe! Happy Cooking!

Hey Fatfingers! I tried your recipe for dinner just now! But sad to say, the chicken was uncooked. But my rice tasted great! I added an extra ingredient of pandan leaves in. Think that does the trick!
Anyhow, my family loved it, that is beside the fact that the chicken was a little uncooked. :)

Hey kImMmM,
I think i will try to add some pandan leaves in it next time hehe.
Oh sorry about the chicken.. maybe u can boil it more...hmmm hehe glad you enjoy it! :D
Hi, just tried your recipe.
The chicken was uncooked leh! I had to microwave it for 2 mins.
And my rice was very bland, must have done something wrong somewhere.
Haha, but it was my first time doing chicken rice. So I guess practice makes perfect.
Jo, to see if your chicken is cooked, u can use a chopstick to poke it into the chicken to test it.
sometimes can "adjust the recipe" wan. can boil a bit longer if u think it's not cooked.
:)
